Only Customers with a valid Canadian and USA address may place orders in this webshop. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to deliver our products outside of Canada or the USA. In terms of payment, we accept Paypal, Visa MasterCard.
Making purchases in our webshop is secure (SSL). We use state of the art technology to keep your information safe. For details on our security measures, please see the terms and conditions. Purchases can only be made in the currency available for the country where you choose your delivery to be made. All applicable provincial taxes will be automatically added to the invoice total.
We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally within 24 hours of placing your order. Shipping rates are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.
All shipments are done by Canada Post or by UPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number for your parcel when it has been picked up by the carrier.
Online Business hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)
Orders are shipped only on regular business days, weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm (except holidays) usually within a maximum of 24 hours. Orders made after midnight on Fridays might be shipped on the following Monday. The usual shipping time is 3 to 5 business days for most regions in Canada or 5 to 7 business days in the USA. Couriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm. If you are not present or available during delivery, the driver will leave delivery confirmation. Please read the information on the delivery note for additional details. In an unfortunate case in which we could not respect the following delay for your order or if we think delivery might take more time, we shall inform you by e-mail as fast as we can. Shortly after we shipped your order we will send you by e-mail all the information needed to track your package until arrival. You can also get more information by writing at email@example.com
We do accept returns, but there are some requirements.
You may return unworn, unaltered with tags, and in original packaging.
Heidi Liebt North America offers a 30-day return policy for all online purchases. In order to qualify for a refund, please include your Invoice in the parcel.
Product and all applicable sales tax will be refunded in the original form of payment. We will credit your account once your return is received ( minus flat 10$ +tx cost of return shipping.)
All returns are subject to a $10.00 + tax Restocking Fee. This is a fee and is charged per order, not for each item within an order. The $10.00 + tax fee is reflected in your return amount, for example, a return for $100.00 would translate into a return value less the $10.00+tax.

Very important: We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns.
Our simple mission is to make the best products possible. We always seek to use the most advanced materials, technology, and production methods. HEIDI LIEBT AS warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
If a product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. For detailed information please see the guidelines below and/or the product specification following the product. The Warranty Process:
Before returning any product, you must contact HEIDI LIEBT by e-mail to obtain a return authorization.
Arrange and pay shipping the product to HEIDI LIEBT. We will ship back to you free of charge!
Ensure that the returned product is clean and dry before shipping. Dirty and/or foul-smelling garments will be returned unprocessed or may delay the process with an additional surcharge. Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number AND, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.
