Shipping

Where do you ship ?

We ship to Canada and the USA. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to deliver our products outside of Canada or the USA.

How quickly can i get my Heidi Liebt beanie ?

We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally within 24 hours of placing your order. All shipments are done by Canada Post or by UPS.

Orders are shipped only on regular business days, weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm (except holidays). Orders made after midnight on Fridays might be shipped on the following Monday. The usual shipping time is 3 to 5 business days for most regions in Canada or 5 to 7 business days in the USA. Couriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm. If you are not present or available during delivery, the driver will leave delivery confirmation. Please read the information on the delivery note for additional details.

Shortly after we shipped your order we will send you by e-mail all the information needed to track your package until arrival. You can also get more information by us writing at info@heidiliebt.ca

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rates cost of 13.50$ CAD. ( for Canada and USA)

How can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order.

Returns + Exchanges

I need to return my order - what do I do ?

We do accept returns, but there are some requirements.
You may return unworn, unaltered with tags, and in original packaging.
Heidi Liebt North America offers a 30-day return policy for all online purchases. In order to qualify for a refund, please include your Invoice in the parcel.
Product and all applicable sales tax will be refunded in the original form of payment.Orders placed using a gift certificate retrieved from an online deal site cannot be refunded.

Heidi Liebt does not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

Very important: We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns.

What is the returns and exchanges shipping fee ?

All returns are subject to a $10.00 + tax Restocking Fee. This is a fee and is charged per order, not for each item within an order. The $10.00 + tax fee is reflected in your return amount, for example a return for $100.00 would translate into a return value less the $10.00+tax.

I buy a item on sale , I what to return it can I?

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Hand wash only in cold water with a mild soap.

Reshape the hat while damp by laying flat.

No bleach ! Dry flat !
